Rationale
Setting goals is important in the growing process. My students need to know that I am striving to be an excellent teacher. At the same time, I want them to know what ways I expect to see them grow. I will present these goals to my students at the beginning of the year; however, I will also ask them to add three additional personal goals related to school. At the end of each quarter, I will ask students to reflect on their goals and where they are in achieving them. As needed, I will conference with the students and give them feedback on their goals.
